Second Half

The second half started in a lively manner. Despite some calls not going in their favor, LGS came out strong. Rayyan, who had an excellent tournament whilst playing against the Karachi teams was not having the best day. He conceded a freekick just outside the box. Moeiz Shah scored from the resulting freekick to restore parity, although it took a deflection off the defender on the way to the goal.

Near the end of extra time, Abdullah Rehman was also booked for pulling back the forward runner. However, nothing could separate both the sides in extra time as the match went onto penalties.
